Food & Drink
We proudly invented the world's first colour-changing cocktail: The Bizarregarita, which was officially launched at The Experimental Food Society Spectacular in 2011.
We later went on to create the very addictive Medicinal Marshmallows, Edible Terrariums, Historical Bitters and the travelling Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream bar.
Actively experimenting, testing and inventing, we create bespoke foods and delights tailored to each of our events and clients.
Medicinal Marshmallows
It's amazing the problems a marshmallow munch can solve. Lovesick? Try our chilli and chocolate Pick Me Up flavour to get you in the mood again. Lacking in those core vitamins and minerals? Try The Scurvy Buster and you'll be away laughing in no time.
We can create an infinite number of home-made flavours that will open your eyes to the possibility of a cure-all candy. Let's not worry about antibiotic-immunity. Grab your nearest Medicinal Marshmallow and get chomping.

Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream
Science meets sweet ice cream? Yes please!
We aren't the only ones to utilise the many powers of liquid nitrogen and dry ice. But we think we are the only ones to create ice cream that is flavoured like the 'Centre of the Galaxy'.
Liquid nitrogen is deadly and many a foolhardy ice cream developer has lost a few fingers whilst dabbling in the creative process.
But don't worry we take all the correct precautions and wear gloves and all that jazz. It's pretty fun though. Doesn't everyone want a smoking sorbet?

Bizarregarita
A colour-changing cocktail? You must be mad!
The Bizarregarita began life as a bid to make drinking more interactive. We mix our own drinks at home, so why can't we be a part of the creative process when we're out?
Using all sorts of scientific nonsense and letting mother nature guide our way, The Bizarregarita was created and drinkers haven't looked back.
Given a glass full of mysterious coloured liquid and a small bottle of pro-tonic, it's up to you to mix you own colour-changing marvel.
Edible Terrariums
Don't just grow your own indoor plants - eat them too!
Our edible terrariums really are an easy sell. Who wouldn't want to munch through a layer of coconut grass and candied rosemary, on into a base layer of moussy chocolate, ending up in a hand-made biscuit sub-layer?
If that's not enough you could try and catch one of the marzipan worms or meringue mushrooms, or even real candied insects on the dig down.
Just make sure they're not still alive...
