Event Details
The FLOORS event, hosted by Bosch, will take place on Friday 9th May, from 18:30 to 21:30, at 34-
38 Pentonville Rd, London, N1 9HF. Tickets are priced at £10 per person, and attendance is first-
come, first-served. The event is open to adults aged 18 and over only. All ticket proceeds will be
donated to The Trussell Trust.

All attendees will be asked to remove footwear and will be given slippers/foot covers to wear whilst
in the experience. Footwear will be stored with the concierge during this time.

Ticket Purchase
Each guest may purchase up to 1 ticket, which corresponds to one floor-dining group.

Accessibility
The venue has step-free access. Seating will be on floor cushions. If you require assistance or an
alternative seating arrangement (such as a personal table), please let us know in advance and we will
do our best to accommodate your needs.

Dietary Requirements
Vegan and vegetarian menu options are available. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary
restrictions at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Health & Safety
Attendance is at your own risk. Bosch and its event partner are not liable for any loss, damage, or
personal injury sustained at the event, unless required by law.

Cancellations & Changes
Bosch reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend the event at any time due to unforeseen
circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues or health and safety concerns. Any
changes will be communicated via Bosch’s official channels.
If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your booking; however, tickets are non-refundable as all
proceeds go to charity.

General Conduct
By attending, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Bosch reserves the right
to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
