Learn to line dance with Brandy Lou Cornhauller and see who’s the greatest gunslinger at the Rootin’ Tootin’ Shootin’ Gallery.
As usual, every redneck through the door gets entered into the infamous Monthly Meat Draw and there’ll even be prize for the best dressed of y’all – so polish your pistols and make sure them spurs sparkle!

Kitchen Party, Clerkenwell

To celebrate the opening of Kitchen Party in Clerkenwell, popular pop-up proprietors, The Robin Collective, are launching Extreme Garnishing, the ultimate guide to trimming your tipple and fancying your feast.
For the month May, the one-stop-workshop will be offering a clever culinary curriculum featuring our favourite and the most fun ways to impress your guests. Skills covered by the course include simple carving (turn tomatoes into roses and attack a melon with a sharp knife); working with explosives and making your own garnish gun; napkin origami; rimming 101 and plenty more!
Extreme Garnishing brings together the most fun you can have with food so makes the perfect activity for friends, daters, lovers of cocktails and lovers of parsley or simply as a starter to a great evening at Kitchen Party.

The Book Club, Shoreditch

Spring is here and there’s no better to time to eat your own garden. Every. Last. Bit.
For many years The Robin Collective have used plant life and edible insects as garnishes in the presentation of their work and their Edible Terrarium has been one of their most successful pieces.
This hands-on class at The Book Club, will show visitors the ease with which you can pot your own cake, candy flowers (TRC will show you the best ones to choose) and nibble the right sweet tasting insects.
Alongside your gourmet gardens, The Robin Collective will also have a number of small bugs and insects to candy and practice readying for consumption. Surprisingly tasty!

Ticketed guests are invited to stay after the class and enjoy a picnic playlist of music
Picnic rugs will be provided but if you have your one of your own, please feel free to bring it along
