Biography

The Robin Collective was formed in 2010 by Elspeth Rae, Robin Fegen and Brandy Wright, following a year of collaborating on experiential events and various freelance projects.

We organise imaginative and engaging events, pop-ups and promotions: from idea generation through to production and management. We also collaborate with others and offer consultancy for ideas that are already in motion.

Our events aim to confuse and delight the senses within a unique and memorable atmosphere. Additionally we actively encourage and use young artists from all disciplines in order to give them early industry recognition.

ELSPETH RAE

Elspeth began life as an actress appearing in such lunchtime staples as Doctors, Midsommer murders and Casualty. She starred in CBBC's Kerching! (well ahead of it's time) for three consecutive years. After meeting Robin in French classes at UCL whilst doing a BA in History of Art, she decided to pursue her love of random parties and curious events.

ROBIN FEGEN

Robin has a BSc from UCL and a background in writing for children's television. After interning and working for food innovators Bompas & Parr (where he met Brandy) his passion for food and space, amongst many other things, found its true home in the formation of The Robin Collective where he could merge random themes to his heart's content.

BRANDY WRIGHT

The most organised designer you could ever wish to meet, Brandy holds a BSc in Product Design and has worked freelance for clients including Lego and Bompas & Parr. In fact, this was where fate led her to meet Robin (she's also mad about food innovation and technology). A Canadian in accent but a true Brit in her heart, Brandy can make a glow in the dark cocktail whilst balancing a tortoise on her head. No mean feat.
